Venus Grabbed

"Crescent BEAAAAAAM!", yelled Venus, sending a beam of light hurtling towards the foul monster that the Senshi were locked in heated battle with. Its aim was true, striking the creature dead on, but left her drained of energy and gasping to recover her breath. "Sailor Moon, do it now!".

Sailor Moon glared at the beast while the exhausted Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus watched on. Plucking the tiara from her head, she gave that signature cry,  "Moon Tiara ACTION!". The creature stood in a stunned daze, weakened greatly by the last attack and now dazzled by the brilliant glow of the one now hurtling towards it. In a bright flash, and scream from the foul demon, the city was safe once more. It was finally obliterated, and the three Senshi ran over to congratulate Sailor Moon on the victory. Moon couldn't help her cheesy grin as she soaked up the praise! That is, until it began to dawn on her...

Three. Not four.

The cry of Sailor Moon's mighty attack did more than to signal the end of the Youma attacking the town, it served to cover the rustling of bushes from just behind them. The blinding flash obscuring two figures. The final cry of the beast drowning out a muffled gasp. The relief of victory doing just enough to draw attention from the closing of a car door.

"We got her! Go! Go! GO!".
